ALBANY, N.Y., March 9. -- Deputy Attorney General Hasbrouck has granted the application of Charles Stewart Morton asking permission for an action to be brought against certain officers of the Coffee Exchange of the City of New-York to procure a judgment of suspension or removal of them from office for abuse of trust or misconduct, arising out of transactions in adulterated coffee.
