NEW-HAVEN, Conn., March 7. -- The charge made recently by ex-Gov. Thomas M. Waller of New-London that over $100,000 had been sent into Connecticut by the National Democratic Committee during the last Presidential campaign, and that much of that sum was used for corrupt political purposes, has been informally called to the attention of the leading men in both parties in the Connecticut General Assembly, now in session.
