BISMARCK, Mo., March 3. -- The smallpox scare has spread to every hamlet along the line of the Iron Mountain Railroad. At some points shotgun quarantines have been established and passengers are not allowed to leave trains. The scare has extended throughout the region from forty-five miles south of Malvern to Bismarck, Mo., a distance of 105 miles. It is said there were 200 cases of smallpox in Hot Springs Friday night.
