The Prison Association of New-York celebrated its fiftieth anniversary by a conference yesterday in the Assembly Rooms of the United Charities Building, in East Twenty-second Street. Several members of the National Association were present from various States. In the absence of President Lewis, Francis Wayland of Hartford, Conn., acted as Chairman.
