CONCORD, N.H., Wednesday, Sept. 28.

The Supreme Court of New-Hampshire have unanimously decided the Soldiers' Voting Bill to be a valid and binding law, without the signature of the Governor, the veto message of the Governor having been returned to the State Legislature one day too late.
