PROPOSED TERRITORY OF COLONA.--The name selected for the gold-bearing region in the vicinity of Pike's Peak, is Colona; which Territory takes in the western portions of both Kansas and Nebraska. Col. II. J. GRAHAM, who is at Washington as the Delegate of the inhabitants, to urge the establishment by Congress of a Territorial Government for Colona, furnishes the following information about the country he represents.
