Choose from these 3 sign in options
You can access your My HealtheVet account using any of the sign in options.

Option 1: New VA sign in (recommended)
Here's what you need to know:

My HealtheVet Basic and Premium account users may sign in using this option.

This option takes you to VA.gov's Sign in page to sign in with a secure partner. Use your existing account (Login.gov, ID.me, DS Logon, or My HealtheVet) to sign in.

If you don't have one, you can create a Login.gov or ID.me account. You'll have to give an email address that doesn't belong to someone else, like your spouse.

Option 2: Continue to My HealtheVet only
Here's what you need to know:

My HealtheVet Basic and Premium account users may sign in using this option.

This option gives you access only to your My HealtheVet account.

You may be transferred to a partner site that may require you to sign in an additional time to access features managed by those VA partner sites. For example, 'Schedule a VA Appointment' is managed by the VA.gov website and VA Medical Travel Pay is managed by Beneficiary Travel Self Service System.

You can continue to use this option until My HealtheVet switches to the new VA sign in.

You can use this option with your Safari browser or your Apple mobile device without the connection getting lost.

Option 3: Choose a secure sign in partner
Here's what you need to know:

You must have a My HealtheVet Premium account to use this option.

This option gives you access to features managed by VA partner sites without signing in an additional time. For example, 'Schedule a VA Appointment' is managed by the VA.gov website and VA Medical Travel Pay is managed by Beneficiary Travel Self Service System.

You can continue to use this option until My HealtheVet switches to the new VA sign in.
