The most obvious reason we include clocks throughout our homes is so we can easily check the current time. But the reasons why we need to check the time can vary quite a bit, which can also influence which clock is best for a given situation.

- A clock with seconds is great for kitchens. Whether you’re an avid chef or baker or most of your meals start out frozen, choosing a clock with a seconds hand will help you in achieving a more precise cook or bake time.
- Small portable clocks are great for parents. Some of our smallest clocks are very lightweight and can fit in the palm of your hand. These are perfect for helping kids keep track of how much time they have left for any number of tasks.
