I had the pleasure of working with Abbi Norman Carlton as her manager at C&F for several years. She demonstrated a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn and exemplified excellent customer service skills. Abbi cared for her customers and co-workers, showed compassion and understanding, and was pleasant in her interactions with those around her.
Even though we no longer work together, I have kept up with Abbi over the years. She has grown tremendously in her career in finance, while at the bank and working for King William County. Abbi brings warmth, caring, knowledge and a genuine realness many can relate to. She has always had a thirst for knowledge, seeking to improve her skills and help those around her.
