- Complete all required fields on the application. Click "Save and Proceed" in the last section to open the 'Review Your Application' page.

- Go to ‘Submitted Requests’ section and identify the submitted request that needs to be printed. Click “View”

- In order to submit your application: Click "Save and Proceed" at the bottom of each page to get to the end of the application. OR
- Click the last link (Attestation) at the top of the page in the journey bar.
- When you get to the last section, click "Save and Proceed". You are brought to the 'Review Your Application' page. (You cannot proceed to this page until you have completed all the required fields in all previous sections.)
- Click "Submit". Please note that once submitted you can no longer make any changes.

These reports are scheduled as part of the reconciliation activity. When your request is approved and the provided program end date is reached, the reports will be automatically scheduled. As the request applicant, you are required to complete the report(s) to confirm how the funds were used and, if applicable, whether the educational outcomes for the request were achieved.

- Login to the request with the registered email address and password.
- Under ‘Pending Impact Report’, identify the report which is overdue. Click on the hyperlink ‘Due’ against the relevant report.
- Complete the required details and submit the information.

Once you submit your application and it has been received, an email confirming receipt of the application will automatically be sent to the email address with which you logged in. You will also see the submitted application listed under the 'Submitted Request’ section on the Welcome page.
