AMC's TV interpretation of Interview with the Vampire is back for a second season. Following a lengthy delay and a major cast shake-up, the timeless vampire classic is finally back. Keep reading to learn where to watch Interview with the Vampire, whether you have cable or are looking for a cheap cord-cutting alternative. Better yet, we've found a way to watch it for free, too.

Based on The Vampire Chronicles novels from Anne Rice, Interview with the Vampire tells the story of Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson), a vampire recounting his life to journalist Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian). Chief among his many tales is his entanglement with the vampire Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid), as well as the young vampire Claudia. In the first season, Claudia was portrayed by Bailey Bass, but she'll be replaced by Delainey Hayles in Season 2. The story was previously adapted into a film version starring Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise.

If you've been hoping for a second season since the show first premiered in 2022, the wait is finally over. Below, we'll break down all of your Interview with the Vampire Season 2 watch options.

Where to watch Interview with the Vampire in the US

Interview with the Vampire airs at 9 p.m. ET on Sundays on AMC in the US. The new season premieres May 12, and episodes are released weekly. For those without cable, you can catch Interview with the Vampire (and other AMC shows) through a couple of cord-cutting avenues like Philo and Sling TV.

Philo costs $25 a month and comes with a one-week free trial. In addition to AMC, the live TV streaming service has channels like BBC America, HGTV, and Lifetime. Sling TV is another popular cable alternative that carries AMC. Sling subscriptions start at $40 a month, but the service often comes with first-month discounts for users.

Philo TV

If you want your streaming service to cost less per month than a single trip for the family to Starbucks, Philo is made with you in mind. It features over 70 channels for just $25 a month, but it is missing popular sports and local networks.

Sling TV Subscription

For just the essentials without any extra fluff, Sling TV is the streaming service you're looking for. It's more customizable than other plans, with three options you can choose from, so you pay for only what you need. New members get their first month for $20 off.
