I wanted to design a cover for the WR journal that was abstract but still used the idea of the power of words. Words are cascading down on my cover and end in a white space where the journal title is given and is reflected, showing that our words and stories come from the reflection of ourselves. The repetition of the words shows that sometimes when creative ideas get flowing, it is hard to quiet the mind. I believe the power of creativity and self-expression is a major part of writing and is shown in this journal.
