Andra Day to Play 'CHERITH Tour' Across North America

This summer, multi-platinum powerhouse vocalist, Grammy® winner, Golden Globe Winner, and Academy Award nominee Andra Day returns to the road on her headline CHERITH Tour 2024 across North America. This jaunt kicks off on August 9 in Atlanta, GA, at Variety Playhouse, visiting major markets before it and concludes on September 24 in Seattle, WA, at The Showbox.

Deadline has reported that Paul Rudd and Nick Jonas will appear in a new musical comedy from John Carney, director of Once and Sing Street. The film, titled Power Ballad, is said to tell 'the story of a wedding singer (Rudd), a rock star (Jonas), and the song that comes between them.' The musical, which is currently filming in Dublin, will hit the Cannes market this month.

Nick Jonas Film THE GOOD HALF To Be Released This Summer

Following its premiere at the Tribeca Festival last June, The Good Half, starring Nick Jonas, will be hitting theaters this July. According to reports, the film has been acquired by Utopia and, in partnership with Fathom Events, will receive a limited release that includes 900 North American theaters on July 23 and 25.
