I really like Zout. I have used it for years. It is a great product.Unfortunately the two bottles in this order leaked in transit. Seller needed to do a better job of packing. The bottles are too messy to return. I would like a refund.

I deleted a star due to spray bottle not working.
The produduct inside gets 5 stars for blood Removal.
The solution does what it is supposed to do very well.
However, the sprayers don’t work. Therefore, I transferred the contents to a HDX (Home Depot brand) spray bottle (Orange sprayer) and it works well to apply. Probably an empty windex bottle would work, too.
