Eagles of Death Metal, the band whose concert was the site of one of the deadly Paris attacks last month that altogether killed 130 people, have announced the rescheduled dates of their European tour.
The Nos Amis Tour kicks off next February in Stockholm, Sweden, and includes multiple dates in Paris, though the besieged concert venue they were playing at in November, the Bataclan, will not be re-opened in time for the band to play there. The band is offering fans who survived the show on Nov. 13 free tickets to the show at Paris’ Olympia Theatre on Feb. 16.
“The people of Paris have always been incredible to us, and our feeling of love towards this beautiful city and its people has been reinforced a million times over this past month,” the band’s frontman and cofounder Jesse Hughes said in a statement. “Hearing the stories of the survivors, the injured and those who have lost loved ones has been overwhelming. Not returning to finish our set was never an option. We look forward to coming back in February and continuing our mission to bring rock ‘n’ roll to the world.”
Full tour dates are on the band’s website.
