The HeartSong Project brought to AAS by Travis Atkinson was inspired by the 2022 Annual Conference attendees sharing their life experiences. During our opening session, Travis gathered the stories of attendees’ lived experience with pain and resilience, using these stories as inspiration to create a one-of-a-kind song, New Day.
Travis also recorded the song in Chicago at a local recording studio. You are welcome to watch the Lyric Video here or on our AAS Youtube Page, and you are invited to download it from on Travis Atkinson’s BandCamp for a nominal fee.
