We are glad to inform you that the fix has been implemented and the issue with form follow-ups has been mitigated.
As of now, we are delivering unsent email notifications (Follow-Up messages) to their recipients. This process can take 3 to 4 hours.
New form entry notifications are working as expected and are not impacted.
