6. How do I add or remove myself from Sourcing Journal newsletters?

To change your newsletter preferences:

  1. Visit the Sourcing Journal Newsletter Preference Center via the link in the footer of any email newsletter.
  2. Enter your email address and zip code.
  3. Select or unselect newsletters by clicking on the boxes.
  4. Click the SUBSCRIBE button to save your preferences.

7. How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or cannot log in:

  1. Visit My Account.
  2. A log in window will appear.
  3. Click “Please reset your password.”
  4. When prompted, enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Email.
  5. Follow the steps in the password reset email you receive. The email will typically arrive within a few minutes.
  6. The email contains a link to reset your password. Enter a new password and click Save Password.
  7. Log into SourcingJournal.com with your new password.

To change your password from a logged-in state:

  1. From the Profile Tab in Sourcing Journal’s My Account section, click “change password”.
  2. Follow the instructions to enter your current and desired new password, then click the “Save Changes” button.

8. How do I make changes to my account name and details?

You can update your account name, email address, password, and phone number under the Profile Tab in Sourcing Journal’s My Account section.

9. What forms of payment does Sourcing Journal accept?

Sourcing Journal accepts most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

10. Can I get a receipt of my subscription?

Yes, all your subscription transactions are listed under the Account History tab in Sourcing Journal’s My Account section.

  1. Click the email icon next to the transaction to automatically email a receipt to the email address associated with your account.
  2. You can also click the download icon to download the transaction details directly to your computer as a PDF.

11. I subscribed to Sourcing Journal with Google. How do I manage my subscription?

If you subscribed with Google, update your payment method and manage your subscription in the Google Play console directly.

  1. Go to the Google Play Store.
  2. At the top right, click your profile icon.
  3. Click Payments and Subscriptions.
  4. Next to the subscription that you want to update, click Manage.

12. How do I send Sourcing Journal an op-ed submission?

Sourcing Journal accepts opinion articles on any sourcing-related topic. Suggested length is 750 words but submissions of any length will be considered. Submissions should be sent exclusively to Sourcing Journal as we will not consider articles that have already been published in print or online. Opinion articles should be typed into the body of the message. No attachments will be accepted. All submissions will be read and, if accepted for publication, we will contact you within 10 business days. We reserve the right to edit content for grammatical and stylistic reasons.
