Sabrina Carpenter is paying a musical tribute to Chappell Roan!

On Tuesday, June 18, Carpenter, 25, covered the singer's hit song “Good Luck, Babe!” for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.

“It's fine, it's cool, You can say that we are nothing, but you know the truth,” Carpenter sang as she performed a stripped-back version of the single.

Dressed in a coordinating pink top, shorts and jacket, the musician then resembled the original track by increasing the tempo when she began singing the second verse, before slowing down the song again for the bridge.

“I just haven’t stopped listening to this song since it came out,” Carpenter said in response to why she chose to cover the song. “I’m a huge fan of Chappell’s and we wanted to put our own little twist on it.”

Carpenter's Live Lounge performance also saw the star perform No.3 hit "Espresso" and her latest single “Please Please Please,” which was produced by Jack Antonoff.

The music video for the song, which was released earlier this month, stars her boyfriend Barry Keoghan and sees the duo start a relationship after both being released from jail.

"I'm a great casting director," Carpenter said of the Saltburn actor appearing in the video, before joking that she him "audition" for the role.

Earlier this month, Carpenter revealed that she loved how her fans understood her sense of humor following the success of “Espresso,” which was inspired by a trip to a crêperie in France.

"My mom has been like, ‘Do you feel crazy right now?’ ” she told Rolling Stone. “I just love that people get my sense of humor."
