Zach Wilson gets engaged to girlfriend Nicolette Dellanno in Italy

Zach Wilson put a ring on it.

The former Jets quarterback, now with the Broncos, got engaged to girlfriend Nicolette Dellanno, the couple announced Sunday on Instagram.

Dellanno said yes while the couple were vacationing in Italy, with Dellanno geotagging her post with the Amalfi Coast.

“To the love of my life, I never truly understood what love was until I met you. You’re not just my partner, but my best friend and my everything,” Wilson, 24, wrote in his post. “I can’t wait to make a lifetime of memories with you, Nic❤️I love you.”

Dellanno flashed a massive diamond in photos the couple posted.

“Zach, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me,” Dellanno wrote in her post. “Everyday I admire your strength and i’m so incredibly proud of you. I’m so in love with you and can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together🤍i love you.”

Wilson, who is sporting a new look with longer hair, and Dellanno were first linked two years ago, when they attended a Yankees game together, months after Wilson and his ex-girlfriend Abbey Gile scrubbed one another from their Instagram pages.

The pair vacationed in Wilson’s native Utah over Memorial Day weekend.

The engagement caps what has been an eventful offseason for Wilson, the No. 2 overall pick by the Jets in the 2021 NFL Draft whom they traded to Denver in April, along with a seventh-round pick, for a sixth-rounder.

Wilson was traded after three disappointing seasons with the Jets, the last of which was meant to be a learning year under Aaron Rodgers until the longtime Packers star — and Wilson’s idol — tore his Achilles four plays into the season.

That thrust Wilson right back into the starting role, and the Jets went 4-7 in his 11 starts as he finished the year with 2,271 yards, eight touchdowns and seven interceptions.

He finished his Jets tenure with 6,293 yards, 23 touchdowns and 25 interceptions.

Wilson will now try to get his career back on track under Sean Payton as he competes with Jarrett Stidham and first-round pick Bo Nix for the Broncos’ starting job.
