Drake is leaving America after listing $88M California home
It looks like God’s plan for Drake is not America.
The singer may be leaving the United States for good after listing his Beverly Hills estate for $88 million — the last of his properties in the country.
An insider told The Post that the 36-year-old has no plans of buying other property in the US anytime soon — adding that he is most comfortable in his hometown of Toronto, Canada’s largest city.
The Post has reached out to Drake’s reps for comment.
He only purchased the sprawling 24,260-square-foot California estate a year ago for $75 million from English pop star Robbie Williams, who bought it in 2015 for $33 million.
Secluded in the hills above Benedict Canyon, the main home is situated on 20 acres of land and comprises seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
The property boasts canyon, city and ocean views surrounded by lush gardens and grounds, the listing says.
Features include the formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen with a breakfast room, a library and a two-family room — one of which doubles as a screening room.
There are an additional three ensuite bedrooms in the staff quarters.
Amenities include a garage for up to 11 cars, an elevator, a wine cellar, a gym and a game room.
There is also a pool/guest house with a mosaic-tiled pool and an indoor/outdoor kitchen, as well as a hidden tennis court and an orchard.
Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates jointly hold the listing with Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group.
Around the same time Drake purchased the Beverly Hills estate, he listed his previous Los Angeles digs — a trio of properties in guard-gated Hidden Hills for $22 million. Eventually, he sold two of the three properties to Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford for $11 million.
He sold the last to Iran-born attorney Makan Delrahim, a former US assistant attorney general appointed during Donald Trump’s presidency, for $14.8 million.
Meanwhile, Drake will remain in his home turf of Toronto, on the city’s affluent Bridle Path, where he custom-built his sprawling 50,000-square-foot mansion to a T after buying a 2-acre plot of land in 2015 for roughly $6.7 million.
The home comes with all the amenities — which include an NBA regulation-size indoor basketball court crowned by a 21-square-foot pyramidal skylight, a backlit slab of Nero Assoluto granite offering interchangeable atmosphere lighting over the pool — and in the centerpiece of the master bath, a 4,000-pound tub of faceted black marble carved from a single block.
“Because I was building it in my hometown, I wanted the structure to stand firm for 100 years,” Drake told Architectural Digest back in 2020.
“I wanted it to have a monumental scale and feel,” Drake said of his passion project. “It will be one of the things I leave behind, so it had to be timeless and strong,” he added.
Drake also has a hall of sports jerseys displayed in museum-like vitrines, and his own awards room with his Grammy awards on display.
“I think the house shows that I have true faith in myself to take on this task when I was just 27 and see it through,” he told the outlet. “I also think the house says that I will forever remain solid in the place I was born.”
