Moosa was shot in the head after the gunman barged behind the counter and demanded money from the clerk, police have said.

The suspect stole an undetermined amount of cash and fled. He was still on the loose late Wednesday.

The suspect was a regular customer at the store, according to other employees.

An NYPD source told the Post that the suspect was a regular customer at the bodega – and had even dropped in earlier Tuesday for an egg sandwich.

Deli workers didn’t think the gunman was a threat because of his routine visits, the source said.
