Maybe Johnny Manziel was just answering a question about how many touchdowns he scored this season.
Hecklers at a Houston nightclub hurled drinks at the Browns quarterback after he gave the angry and aggressive crowd the middle finger, according to TMZ. He was partying in his home state this weekend when rowdy fans mocked Manziel, who was dreadful in two-plus games this season and had only one score.
“I ducked and I looked at Johnny and we grabbed security and they ran us out of there,” J.R., a member of Manziel’s entourage, told the website.
Manziel left the club and the hecklers were removed before he returned. The police were not involved.
It’s the third recent incident involving Manziel, who was relatively quiet off the field for most of the season. Manziel was involved in a run-in with a Browns fan outside his Cleveland condo in late November and then missed a rehab session after a late night of partying in the days before the Browns’ season finale.
