On Saturday, a parade of pretty young New Yorkers hopped over to Liberty State Park for a Champagne-soaked game of polo. Many came to the fifth annual Veuve Clicquot Classic to flaunt their finery, wearing everything from period-inspired outfits to custom millinery — and maybe take in a bit of the high-society sport.
“I use this [vintage parasol] every day when it’s sunny. It just happens that today it fits in!” says 27-year-old chemist Christine Yang.
