Stephanie Seymour is turning the tables on her estranged husband’s private investigator — by trying to grill him under oath.
The Victoria’s Secret supermodel filed papers in Manhattan Supreme Court seeking a court order to depose an officer of 1st Class Investigations.
In the court filing, her lawyer says investigators from the firm concocted “false allegations” to give super-rich hubby Peter Brant a leg up in his bid for sole custody of their three kids.
Seymour, 41, said she needs to “test the veracity of any allegations to be used against her at trial.”
