Comcast in rule debate

Comcast should be barred from bundling the NBC and Telemundo stations with its cable channels when negotiating programming deals with pay-TV providers, the American Cable Association said yesterday. “It’s improper to apply an industry-wide issue to only one company,” a Comcast spokeswoman said.
