CHICAGO — Ousted Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s ex-chief of staff pleaded not guilty yesterday to scheming with him to sell President Obama’s former Senate seat.
John Harris is cooperating with federal prosecutors investigating the Blagojevich administration, Harris’ lawyers said.
Blagojevich’s former chief fund-raiser and another Illinois political insider also pleaded not guilty yesterday.
