A JetBlue pilot’s advice to “hang out” in the bathroom to a stand-by passenger during a San Diego-to-New York flight wasn’t outrageous, a judge ruled in tossing out a lawsuit.
Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska on Tuesday dismissed the $2 million suit of Gokham Mutlu, who was in a jump seat until the flight attendant took it back.
He finished the February 2008 flight in the toilet.
“The pilot never threatened plaintiff or forced him into the lavatory,” Preska wrote.
