‘HELL’S’ BELLES!

“Hell’s Kitchen” star Gordon Ramsay has kept a cupboard full of off-the-menu gal pals for years, and even flaunted his infidelity in front of his wife, the chef’s kiss-and-tell mistress dished yesterday.

Serial homewrecker Sarah Symonds tore into Ramsay, calling him out for sleeping around while portraying himself as a caring family man.

“He should be on his knees eating humble pie – but instead he’s lying,” Symonds, 38, told The News of the World yesterday, breaking her silence about the affair that was first disclosed last week.

“Gordon has his p.r. team working round-the-clock, trying desperately to protect Brand Ramsay and this image of him as the ultimate family man . . . he’s a complete hypocrite.”

Symonds claims Ramsay has told her that he has cheated with at least two other women, one of whom he met through his Fox show, “Hell’s Kitchen.”

“Not only has he been cheating on Tana with me, but he told me he had another regular mistress in Denmark,” Symonds said.

“He said she is a writer and is married, too. He also told me he’d had sex with a girl after a ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ wrap party.”

Symonds recalled attending a 2002 party, to open Ramsay’s restaurant The Connaught, at which he was bold enough to introduce her to his wife.

“I felt very awkward when he introduced me to Tana,” Symonds said.

“At one point in the evening, I called Gordon ‘big boy’ because he is very well endowed – and he told me to keep my voice down.”

The British weekly newspaper published a photo of Ramsay entering a hotel room with Symonds on Nov. 20 – reportedly his last tryst with the author of “Having An Affair? A Handbook for the Other Woman.”

She came clean not to clear her conscience, but to score a much-needed payday, according to the Daily Mail.

The London tabloid reported this weekend that Symonds had been planning for years to exploit her affair with Ramsay, in a plot she called “Operation Geraldine.”

She kept detailed records of all her liaisons with Ramsay, and had undercover photographers follow them to a London hotel room two weekends ago.

The Mail reported that Symonds boasted to a friend: “Why should I [feel guilty]? It’s a business deal. They get what they want, and I get what I want. I think you are stupid if you sleep with a man and don’t benefit financially from it.”
