LUCE WIDOW SAYS TIME’S UP

The widow of publishing big Henry Luce wants to give one of her late husband’s close relatives the boot from the East Side apartment he allegedly bought for her.

Elizabeth Warner said the former Time publisher bought her the apartment on East 54th Street more than a decade ago, but now his estate wants her out.

In filings in Manhattan Supreme Court, Warner said the cousin she called “Uncle Hank” told her he was going to outright give the apartment to her a few years back.

For “tax purposes,” he said, he would transfer one sixth of the shares every year for six years, and sent her letters every year telling her another cash transfer had been made.

Luce died in 2005 before what was supposed to be the final transfer. But his estate said no transfers were made, and his will leaves the apartment to his widow, Leila.
