KNICKS’ TICKET SALES STEADY

The Knicks have not experienced a season-ticket falloff because of the 11.6 million Isiah Thomas-Anucha Browne Sanders sexual harassment verdict.

The Knicks report a 91-percent renewal rate on season tickets, a strong number and significantly higher than last October. The deadline for renewals was June 21 – well before the Sept. 10 trial date and Oct. 2 verdict in which the Garden and Thomas was found liable for sexual harassment following a salacious three-week, front-page trial.

Last year, season-ticket sales were down a whopping 20 percent, stemming from the 23-59 disaster and Larry Brown fiasco. The Knicks, however, went on to sell out 17 of their last 20 games and finish eighth in average attendance (18,805).
