POLICE ID EAST RIVER REMAINS AS TEEN MOM

The woman whose dismembered remains were found in luggage floating in the East River last week has been identified as a teen mom from The Bronx, police said yesterday.

Lisa Lennon, a 17-year-old native of Jamaica, was identified Thursday through a thumbprint kept on file by the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

The motive for her murder remains unclear.

Some of her neighbors said she fought constantly with her 25-year-old live-in companion.

Police are seeking him for questioning.

Lennon lived with the man and their 9-month-old son, Davante, on Ward Avenue in the Soundview section.

The superintendent of her building said cops recently broke her door down to break up an argument.

“But she told police, ‘Let him stay,’ ” said the super. “She kept going back to him. People can’t do anything when people behave like that.”
