Peter Ivanov Canov-Cincarski [Bulgarian: Петър Иванов Цанов-Цинцарски] (6 February 1899 – 13 July 2006) was a Bulgarian centenarian who was the oldest known living man and person in Bulgaria at the time of his death.
Biography[]
Peter Ivanov Cincarski was born in the municipality of Mezdra, Vratsa Province, Ottoman Empire, (present-day Bulgaria) on 6 February 1899. Not much is known about his life, because it was only known about him a few years after his death.
At one time he was the oldest known living man to have ever lived in Bulgaria, until his years were surpassed by Pavel Vasilev Hristov and Nedelcho Boikov. He was also the last living male and person from Bulgaria born in the 1800s.
Cincarski died in the village of Tipchenitsa, municipality of Mezdra, Vratsa Province, Bulgaria on 13 July 2006 at the age of 107 years, 157 days.
