Carrie C. Hardrick (née Smith; 6 November 1887 – 14 May 2001) was an American supercentenarian whose age has been validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She was the oldest known person in the U.S. state of Texas and the second-oldest known person in the country when she died.

Carrie Hardrick was born as Carrie C. Smith in Texas, USA, on 6 November 1887. She married a man with the surname Hardrick. On 12 November 2000, six days after her 113th birthday, she became the oldest known person in Texas following the death of Arkansas-born Mary Randall, also aged 113.
Carrie Hardrick died on 14 May 2001 at the age of 113 years, 189 days. She was the fourth-oldest validated person in the world at the time of her death behind Marie Bremont, Maud Farris-Luse, and Amy Hulmes.
