Axel Arigato has launched an exciting footwear collaboration with Harlem-based fashion pioneer Bloody Osiris.
The collaborative effort, launched June 25, introduces two new sporty sneaker silhouettes that marry Axel Arigato’s design DNA and the unique visual aesthetics of Bloody Osiris. These joint offerings include Bloody Osiris Earth Lo, cast in earth-toned cream and olive green, and the Bloody Osiris Sand Hi in neutral brown, sesame and cream shades. Each sneaker features striking co-branding on the tongues and insoles along with sleek lace-up closures and plush rubber soles.
The resulting collection is based on vintage high-top basketball silhouettes from 1989 America, a time period in which Osiris pulls from quite a bit. The sneaker partnership utilizes premium materials, Italian leather, soft nutbuck leather and textural suede, creating a quality sneaker with retro-leaning design.
