Saturday Night Live and Alec Baldwin took aim at Donald Trump for the GOP nominee’s unearthed and graphic comments about women, including Trump boasting he could grab women “by the p—y.”

During the cold open on Saturday’s episode, a sketch about the vice presidential debate shifted quickly into one focused on Trump’s comments, which he said to then-Access Hollywood host Billy Bush in 2005.

“Are you not entertained?” Baldwin-as-Trump said when introduced to discuss the controversial video, before repeating Trump’s real words about women: “Grab them by the p—y.”

Baldwin’s Trump then proceeded to apologize for the remarks… sort of. “I would like to take this time to formally apple-ogize,” he said, mispronouncing the word. “I deeply apple-ogize.”

Asked if he meant to “apologize,” Baldwin’s Trump said no. “I would never do that, what I am doing is apple-ogizing to the people who were offended by my statements.”

The lengthy cold open didn’t just include Baldwin’s Trump; Kate McKinnon’s Hillary Clinton made an appearance as well, celebrating Trump’s latest controversy, and calling out any women who still planned to vote for the Republican nominee on Nov. 8.
