“If you push the ‘jhaadu’ button on May 25, I may not go back to jail,” Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Sunday at a roadshow in Moti Nagar, under the New Delhi constituency.
Kejriwal has been released on interim bail by the Supreme Court till June 1. “Friends, they are saying after 20 days, I will have to go back to jail… but if you push the broom button… I may not go (back) to jail… the power is in your hands… vote for jhaadu and sweep away the BJP…,” he added.
While commenting on interim bail to Kejriwal, the top court said that the bench did not make any exception for anybody and reiterated its verdict regarding the date by which the CM must surrender.
