How do I find out why Apple is charging me?

There is an apple charge on my Visa for $107.74 and I don't know what it is. I tried to find it on the ap and on line but the only charges listed there were for a few movies I bought. I suspect it's for apple tv but would like to understand the charge.

Anything purchased on digital goods and services through your Apple ID account, is specified in your personal purchase history:

Other charges on your payment method are not marked for your Apple ID.

Could it be that others have access to your payment method? Then they could be shopping on your cost.

For unauthorized charges on your payment method, please contact your bank or card issuer. They may be able to challenge the charge(s) and return or undo them.

Some ‘companies’ have been known to charge users with a statement description that looks a lot like statements for Apple services, but differ a bit in crucial ways to mark them as fake.

If you have Family Sharing set up, be sure to have you purchase history show all authorized users:

If Apple still has no history of the purchase, it is highly likely you are the victim of a decade-old scam. Someone has access tot you credit of banking credentials and is pretending to be Apple. See:

In that case, Apple has no culpability and cannot help. As already pointed out, only your credit card issuer or bank can fix this. When it happened to us, AMEX had the charges identified as fraudulent, forgave the debt, and issued Mrs AJ a new card number, all within 24 hours. If your institution is unaware of this long-running scam, consider getting a new financial partner.
