This file was initially tagged by Jeff G. as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Still copyrighted by Microsoft. We host many versions of the stylized flag (e.g., File:Windows logo - 2012 (dark blue).svg, File:Windows logo - 2012 (dark blue, lines thinner).svg, File:Windows logo - 2012.svg, etc.) including with text for various windows versions (e.g., File:Windows Embedded 8 Logo.png, File:Windows 10 Logo.svg, etc.) and indeed they have been kept in previous DRs (e.g., Commons:Deletion requests/File:Windows logo and wordmark - 2012.svg). This thus appears safely PD-Shape/PD-simple, but the question is whether this inappropriately licensed and attributed .webp should be kept when we have the proper .svg File:Windows 8 logo and wordmark.svg. Does the .1 matter? If so, it should be kept. Эlcobbola talk 15:00, 7 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
