Same reason as Commons:Deletion requests/File:Windows logo - 2002–2012 (Multicolored).svg, only the redirect is nominated. - Alexis Jazz ping plz 15:19, 24 March 2020 (UTC)
- 🥴 Very confused: What does this rename mean? The file was called
Windows 7 logo.svg
and now it has becomeUnofficial fan made Windows 7 logo variant.svg
? Is that a joke? Is it the normal way to rename a file, by bullying its creator? "Unofficial fan" really sounds like "ridiculous person". A similar logo is currently used by thousands of users. Please revert quickly (here and there), or find a decent name -- Basile Morin (talk) 09:25, 25 March 2020 (UTC)- I think it is intended to be read as "Unofficial, fan-made". "Unofficial" refers to the logo; not the creator. Ahmadtalk 18:18, 31 March 2020 (UTC)
- One thing is sure, this name is ambiguous and currently reads as "Unofficial fan created logo" (or "Robert photographed sunset"). The adjective "unofficial" refers to the noun "fan" -- Basile Morin (talk) 23:20, 31 March 2020 (UTC)
- unofficial: adjective which describes logo
fan-made: adjective which describes logo
Windows: noun adjunct which modifies logo. 4nn1l2 (talk) 06:53, 1 April 2020 (UTC)- "fan made", not "fan-made". Misleads google translate. Ambiguous -- Basile Morin (talk) 07:20, 1 April 2020 (UTC)
- fan-made = fan made = fanmade. 4nn1l2 (talk) 07:26, 1 April 2020 (UTC)

- Speedy keep for two reasons:
- This DR doesn't make sense, and the user is not going to fix the problem because now blocked indefinitely.
- It should be closed before the file gets renamed properly, since it is a redirection -- Basile Morin (talk) 00:08, 26 March 2020 (UTC)
- Delete en:File:Windows logo - 2006.svg is the official logo with gradients, shades, and effects, without any logotypes. This is misleading. The colors are solid. There is also an unnecessary logotype. 4nn1l2 (talk) 08:16, 31 March 2020 (UTC)
- ⚠️ This DR is related to the page with a redirection, and not to the target. The target is currently used by different users, and like this one is not supposed to be deleted -- Basile Morin (talk) 09:37, 31 March 2020 (UTC)
Kept: No support for the nominator's argument that the redirect should be deleted. The actual file can be nominated if desired. --King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 06:56, 19 August 2020 (UTC)
