NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. CACE19012211 of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JESSICA ROMERO; The Club Quarters at Raintree Condominium Association, Inc. a/k/a The Club Quarters at Raintree; Bank of America, National Association; Popular Bank; W R Contracting, Inc. a/k/a WR Contracting; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, or against the herein named Individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim in interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other claimants; Unknown Tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Brenda Forman, Broward County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.broward.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of August, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, IN BUILDING NO. 1, OF THE CLUB QUARTERS AT RAINTREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16197, AT PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
