Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga has now landed on digital platforms in the UK after its earlier US digital release.

The prequel movie is still out in select cinemas if you want the big-screen experience, but you can now rent or buy Furiosa from Prime Video, iTunes, Microsoft Store and other participating digital retailers in the UK.

If you prefer to own a physical copy of the movie, you can pre-order Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K Ultra HD ahead of its release in the UK on Monday, August 12.

There's also an exclusive 4K Steelbook available to pre-order from HMV while stocks last.

The home release comes with five behind-the-scenes featurettes that delve into the making of Furiosa, including interviews with Anya Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemsworth.

Later this year, there will also be a 4K box set of all five movies released, including a Black & Chrome version of Furiosa. Warner Bros has yet to confirm a release date for the box set, but you can pre-order it now.

Furiosa has not done as well at the box office as expected, with nearly $170 million worldwide to date, less than half Mad Max: Fury Road's $368.3 million result.

It could mean we won't get George Miller's planned The Wasteland movie, but he knows where it goes if he does get to make it: "I've speculated what happens after Furiosa ascends to the top of the Citadel, but I haven't got those stories mapped out at all yet."
